Welcome to the B. Flower Studio website and services. By browsing this website, placing an order, registering for a workshop, submitting an enquiry, or confirming a custom order or corporate collaboration with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About B. Flower Studio

B. Flower Studio is a Hong Kong floral studio led by Beatrice. We provide custom floral gifts, floral decorations, floral workshops, corporate services, and brand collaborations. We value careful flower selection, colour matching, packaging, and details, and we aim to deliver every thoughtful gesture with care.

2. Products, Photos, and Flower Materials

Photos of bouquets, baskets, table centrepieces, and other floral works on this website are for reference only. As fresh flowers are natural and seasonal materials, the actual flower materials, colours, size, shape, and packaging may vary due to supply, season, weather, or market conditions. Please note that flower materials and colours may change due to seasonal effects.

We will make reasonable efforts to follow the confirmed style, colour palette, and budget. If specific flowers are unavailable, B. Flower Studio may substitute them with flowers of similar colour, texture, or value without affecting the overall style and value.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders must be submitted through the website, WhatsApp, email, or another channel confirmed by us. An order is confirmed only when B. Flower Studio has confirmed the order details, amount, production date, and payment arrangement.

Prices are based on the website or quotation. B. Flower Studio reserves the right to adjust pricing due to flower costs, festive demand, special designs, urgent requests, or delivery arrangements. For unpaid orders or orders without the required deposit, we may not be able to reserve the production slot or flower materials.

4. Custom Floral Gifts and Floral Decorations

Custom floral gifts, grand opening baskets, table centrepieces, wedding florals, corporate florals, and brand collaboration projects will be arranged according to the purpose, colour palette, budget, message, company logo, venue details, and timing requirements provided by the customer.

Customers must ensure that all information provided is accurate, including recipient details, contact number, date, time, address, message, and company information. B. Flower Studio is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect or delayed information that affects production, delivery, or event arrangements.

5. Delivery, Collection, and Risk

For orders involving delivery or on-site handover, the delivery date, time, location, and fee must be confirmed by us. Delivery fee is HK$70 for all locations except outlying islands. Free doorstep delivery applies to orders over HK$1,000. Delivery arrangements and fees for outlying islands or special locations must be confirmed separately. Actual delivery time may be affected by traffic, weather, building management, recipient availability, or force majeure events.

After flowers are delivered, handed over, or received by the customer or recipient, care and storage risk passes to the customer or recipient. Fresh flowers should be kept away from direct sunlight, heat, strong wind, and water shortage.

6. Changes, Cancellation, and Refunds

Fresh flowers are perishable and made to order. Once an order has been confirmed and flower purchasing or production has started, cancellation or refund is generally not available.

If you need to change order details, date, time, recipient information, or design requirements, please contact us as early as possible. B. Flower Studio will assist where practicable based on production progress and flower availability, but we cannot guarantee that all changes can be arranged. Any additional cost caused by a change shall be borne by the customer.

If an order cannot be completed according to the confirmed details due to an obvious error by B. Flower Studio, we will handle the matter on a case-by-case basis through remedy, partial refund, or another reasonable arrangement.

7. Workshop Terms and Rules

Applicable Terms for All Workshops

1. Registration and Payment

  • All workshops, including single sessions, seasonal workshops, and four-session courses, must be fully paid within two days after registration to secure the place.
  • Once payment is confirmed, the place is non-transferable unless agreed by the studio.

2. Severe Weather Arrangements

  • If the Hong Kong Observatory issues Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning, four hours before class starts, the workshop will be cancelled. Students may choose a full refund or reschedule to another session within 14 days.
  • For Amber or Red Rainstorm Warnings, or Typhoon Signal No. 3, workshops will proceed as scheduled. If a student cannot attend due to safety reasons, they may apply for rescheduling individually with proof of residential or transport disruption.

3. Class Materials and Tools

  • The fee includes the required flowers, tools, and packaging materials.
  • Flower materials may be substituted with materials of equivalent value due to seasonality or supply, without prior notice.
  • Tools are for in-class use only and must be returned after class. Lost or intentionally damaged tools shall be compensated at cost.

4. Student Responsibilities

  • Students must use scissors, floral knives, and other sharp tools carefully and take care of their personal belongings. The studio is not responsible for any loss or injury.
  • If you have pollen allergies, are pregnant, or have other health conditions, please inform the instructor before registration and assess your own risk.

5. Use of Photos and Videos

  • The studio may take photos or videos during class for work records and promotional use. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us before class starts.

6. Governing Law and Disputes

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The studio reserves the final decision in case of any dispute.

8. Corporate and Brand Collaboration

Corporate florals, brand events, commercial decorations, workshop collaborations, and other customised projects shall follow the quotation, project scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms confirmed by both parties.

The customer must provide the required information, logo, brand guidelines, venue rules, contact person, and site access arrangements on time. If insufficient information, approval delay, or venue restrictions cause project delay, extra cost, or design adjustment, the relevant responsibility and cost shall be borne by the customer.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any quotation applies only to the scope stated in that quotation. Additional revisions, urgent handling, extra labour, additional flowers, venue restrictions, or work outside the original scope may incur additional charges.

9. Customer Data and Privacy

Personal data provided through the website, forms, orders, workshop registrations, or enquiries may include name, phone number, email, company or organisation, delivery information, and enquiry details. B. Flower Studio will use such data only for order handling, enquiry response, workshop arrangement, service provision, and necessary customer communication.

10. Intellectual Property and Portfolio Use

Website content, including text, photos, brand name, designs, floral work displays, and other materials, belongs to B. Flower Studio or the relevant rights holders. It may not be copied, modified, reposted, or used commercially without written consent.

Unless the customer expressly objects in advance, B. Flower Studio may use photos of completed works for portfolio, social media, website, and marketing purposes, while avoiding unnecessary disclosure of personal data.

11. Limitation of Liability

B. Flower Studio will provide services with reasonable care and professionalism, but does not guarantee that the website, products, or services will be free from delay, technical issues, flower supply changes, weather, traffic, or third-party factors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, B. Flower Studio shall not be liable for any indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of goodwill, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our services.

12. Force Majeure

If natural disasters, severe weather, traffic accidents, epidemic situations, government measures, supply chain disruption, venue restrictions, system failure, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control cause delay, change, or cancellation of any order, workshop, or collaboration project, B. Flower Studio will make reasonable arrangements where possible but shall not be liable for additional losses arising from such circumstances.

13. Updates to These Terms

B. Flower Studio may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the website and will take effect from the date of posting. Your continued use of this website or our services means that you agree to the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In case of any dispute, both parties should first attempt to resolve it through good-faith communication. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be handled in accordance with Hong Kong law and the relevant legal procedures.
